Terms of Service

Welcome to E-Commerce AI Factory (the “Platform”). Please read these terms carefully before registering or using the service. By registering, signing in or using the Platform you agree to all of these terms.

1. The service

The Platform provides AI-based product image generation, editing and translation. Features are as actually provided and may change as the business evolves.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for losses caused by improper safekeeping. Contact us immediately if your account is compromised.

3. Credits and payment

The Platform bills in credits, obtained via sign-up gifts, task rewards or plan purchases. Credits for failed generations are refunded automatically. Plans are valid for their period; consumed credits are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

4. Your content

You must hold the rights to images and text you upload and must not infringe intellectual property, likeness or other rights of third parties. You are fully responsible for your uploads and how you use the results.

5. Using results

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use generated results commercially. AI output may be inaccurate — verify product information before publishing to avoid misleading claims.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not generate or distribute illegal, sexual, violent, infringing or misleading content, or content that harms national security. Do not interfere with the Platform or circumvent billing and moderation.

7. Changes and termination

We may suspend or terminate service if you breach these terms. For maintenance, upgrades or force majeure we will try to give advance notice and restore service quickly.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms and will publish changes on the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes shall be settled amicably or by the competent court where the operator is located.
